My mother, who was a teacher is an excellent cook and along with all her school work she would make sure to bake cakes and sweets just for us kids specially during special occasions. We used to wait for Christmas, Easter, and birthday's to get that special dessert prepared by mom. My passion started dates back to when I was in school but never got an opportunity to bake bake..When I got married and decided to be a home-maker I got all the free time to experiment and test my ability for baking!! So my very first recipe would be definitely one of my mother's famous Pudding!! I remember this as something me and my sister used to cherish having. It is very simple recipe with simple ingredients. Never do I get to click a proper image of this wonderful dessert, before I do it just gets over.
