Easy Chocolate Chip Cookies

These chocolate chip cookies are a classic and a must try for a reason. They are the perfectly chewy, chocolatey, answer to those intense sweet tooth cravings. Nothing beats a good batch of freshly baked cookies coming out of the oven. It has a perfectly golden brown exterior and the loveliest chew which good cookie needs to have. This cookie recipe is one of the easiest and delicious one. They’re made with basic ingredients most people have in their kitchens most of the time, no crazy expensive or hard to find ingredients are needed for this recipe! The method is also straightforward. In short anyone can bake these cookies! Few things to note before we jump into the recipe: I have used brown sugar and white granulated sugar in this. Both are needed for a cookie with depth and perfect sweetness. But if you can't find brown sugar, can do with just white sugar as well. Chana/Black Chickpea Rice/ Kadala Rice

I am a big fan of One pot meals and I keep making them every week atleast once. Its non messy, quick, stress free and yet so so delicious and nutritious. We usually prefer rice for lunch and there are some days when you want it to be wholesome meal yet quick and easy. This is yet another quick, easy and delicious one pot rice, made from  leftover  channa / black chickpeas. You can make this with fresh cooked channa/ chickpea as well. To make it more nutritious I have added carrot and beans as well. You can add whatever veggies you have in hand or you can completely avoid. Quick Onion- Tamarind chutney

This is my maternal grandfathers famous chutney/ chamandhi which is extremely tasty and easy to make. We make this usually when we crave for something tangy / chatpata chutney to make our meal more delicious. I don't know what this chutney should be called, because we know it as "Adults Only" or Ulli. Well I know it sounds weird😮 , but as kids we were not allowed to have this chutney/Pickle owing to its spicy and tangy taste. This is another quick one pot recipe for those easy dinner days. Easy prep and tasty too.  Chicken and Spinach with Mushroom white Sauce is your perfect comfort food as well as an easy midweek dinner!
