Vegetable Tahiri - One Pot Meal

This recipe is something I cook usually when I have to finish all my veggies in the refrigerator or when I am in no mood for an elaborate cook. This dish is mild in flavour and hence perfect for kids. This recipe fits the bill and is perfect for those moody days. So let's see how a quick and tasty vegetable tahiri is made. Coriander Pulao | Kothamali Rice - One pot Meal

Any type of pulao or pilaf is one pot rice made with aromatic spices and herbs. In India, there are many types of pulao made and relished like vegetable pulao, matar (Peas) pulao, Kashmiri pulao, coconut pulao. Check other quick One pot meals here. Todays dish is quick and easy Coriander Pulao which can also be made with leftover rice as well as like a normal pulao. It goes well with onion or Boondi Raita. I usually add vegetables to this to make it wholesome meal, but you can also make it as a simple plain coriander pulao and it still will be tasty. Lets see how's this done. Kerala style Beef/ Mutton Biriyani

Biriyani is love for us. An Indian one pot meal cooked in spicy masala gravy and layered with cooked rice, some nuts, and ghee/clarified butter. Occasion or no occasion, this is one such dish we are always ready to relish biriyani. There are many different kinds of biriyani, and I personally have tried many different styles. But somehow I always love the way Kerala Biriyani is packed with flavours, yet it is subtle. This recipe is actually a mix of how my mom makes & also few tips taken from Veena's Curry world recipe. Do try this for  Easter  and have a relishing and joyous Easter celebrations with you friends and family. Let's see how it's made.  I have made this with beef, but the same recipe is perfect with mutton as well.
