Love this one, simply because its just so so easy to make and delicious. I always say, food doesn't need to be complicated to be delicious. It just needs to be easy, simple, quick.  Add little bit of love to it while making and yay you have a wonderful dish to serve. I tried this Caramel Custard Pudding first at my dear friend-soul-sister Rohini chechi. She is a wonderful cook and we relish her food. When I had these I thought it would be so difficult to make. But I was wrong. Its one of the easiest desserts one can make. My sister is the best in this and she makes them like a pro.I recently tried them out and did a fair job. Lets see how its done. Mango Phirni- (Mango Pudding)

We love mangoes and have them every summer. And we love sweets too. So why not make something sweet out of mangoes. I have tried making mango sheera, Mango cheese cake (No bake), Mango custard, but this time I wanted to try something different. We love phirni,  and its Ramadan and we are missing the authentic phirni, so thought of making Mango phirni. It is a different variation to the popular Indian sweet Phirni. Phirni is a rice pudding or rice kheer made with full cream milk, and rice. I have added mangoes as the main ingredients to make this one. The creaminess of milk and the texture of mango chunks along with nuts makes this a super dessert. It tastes very similar to mango rice kheer with a pudding consistency hence we can call it as Phirni. The best part about this recipe is limited ingredients which we would have at home and its very easy to make. The only problem I find in this is the waiting 😥 for it to chill. Well lets see how its done. Step by Step images ar...

Rava/Semolina/Sooji Pudding

Since childhood I loved sweets and any kind of desserts. My mother, who was a teacher is an excellent cook and along with all her school work she would make sure to bake cakes and sweets just for us kids specially during special occasions. We used to wait for Christmas, Easter, and birthday's to get that special dessert prepared by mom. My passion started dates back to when I was in school but never got an opportunity to bake bake..When I got married and decided to be a home-maker I got all the free time to experiment and test my ability for baking!! So my very first recipe would be definitely one of my mother's famous Pudding!! I remember this as something me and my sister used to cherish having. It is very simple recipe with simple ingredients. Never do I get to click a proper image of this wonderful dessert, before I do it just gets over. Well I have added few images...
